• Black History Month Thats the only thing I think they celebrate in Georgia. I wonder why they don't have Asian History Month?

The strange part about all of these 'dedications' is that you have to get a certain amount of backing to put them in the books. You would think that they would then take the time to make people aware of their dedication. I didn't even know about half of them.
