Do you excerise or just your fingers?
It's one of those things that sucks until your done ... then it's, I'm glad I did it. I just wish I could get into a routine.
Yeah, I know the feeling. I look at my stationary bike every night and think, "Tomorrow." Then I drag my arse over there and I'm glad that I did it.
My exercise consists of waking to and from school. The rest of the time I'm usually sat down.
Oh I suppose you can count moshing and headbanging in that list

Every couple months I'll really get into it. 3x a week of something. But then I gradually forget about it. Doggie should help me to get out and walk him so he doesn't poo on the carpet. (we don't have him, yet) Two more weeks.

My boyfriend is counting the days more than I am. I'm worried about the kitties and how they're going to feel. I'm sure my kitten will be happy to have a puppy to play with. Yah, we saw him when we payed for him but haven't since. We've heard he's a pudge. It will be cool though, I've just never owned a dog. I already give my cats so much attention, they'll be jealous. I'll just have to share the attention to all the spoiled animals. :)
I would love to have a dog! Puppies are so cute! If I have a yard I would get one in a second! Ahhhhh, puppy breath!

Ok Jenn, don't get to upset with your kitties when they pop that pup a few times. It's a cat thing gotta show the pup who's boss at the beginning.........

I know. Poor puppy. But, I have one kitty that needs to be on some type of medication. She freaks out on everything! She's the biggest baby. She'll probably go into hiding for awhile. She doesn't even like to play with the other two, or she screams bloody murder. I think she needs some valium. ha ha ha. And not so I can take it! :D

Oh, and that little pup from hell has my heart pumping playing fetch and cleaning up all his little messes. He's outside listening to classic rock. he he. He likes Pink Floyd. :baby:

"Drink more beer ladies!" Eat less, drink more. :p

Hey Jenn I was on a liquid diet lots of years ago, miller lite - lost a lot of weight. Several years later I ended up in rehab though...
Started swimming every morning of weekdays since I am not working in shifts anymore. Great way to get energized but the 'getting-out-the-bed' part is so hard sometimes :(
I couldn't be arsed though to spend time in a sweaty, stinky gym with a bunch of people who are trying to cycle around the world but never get anywhere :)

Unless I'm ill, I exercise 6 days a week (which should count as 'every day', since doing 7 days a week wouldn't actually be too healthy for you).
If I don't go to the gym, I either play squash or go for a run. Last year I ran in the London Marathon, coming in under 4 hours (which equates to around a 9 minute mile). If I'm marathon training then one day a week is a long run (8+ miles), and I do a couple of days of swimming because it's easier on the joints.
The hardest part is getting up in the morning. The gym is definitely more pleasant in the morning - it's easier to get on the equipment you want. But if you don't get up super early, then you have to cut short your workout in order to make it into the office at a decent time. Getting up super early is hard. The alternative, going in the evening, is okay but the gym is more crowded, and it's harder to juggle with other commitments.

Rehab's are cool. You can meet some really cool people to party with when you get out. he he. No actually AA is too depressing for me. "HIGH, my name is Cornbread, and I'm fucked up!" Where's the freaking free coffee? ;)
So, since we have some new people... do you excersize? And as for the veteran posters... have you kept up/started/stopped excersizing? Let's see if we start a trend here.
I've been bad. But I'm riding my bike again. And what about you?

Fuck it.....I like Yoga and shit.....It think it's cool and healthier than all the gadgets they "try" to sell. Well, since I have high blood pressure that's shit is bad for me anyway. And the stress on the joints is retarded. Walking is good Love....Natural! I need to start stretching when I watch my soap for an hour but I barely get a chance to watch one hour of TV......cleaning is exercise so I think that's cool. And I now stand playing Playstation for hours so I'm off of my best assett! I would stand computing but just don't have the place for it! Exercise!!!! Shit! Fuck it.....!Life is exercise enough. he he No pain.....No pain!!!!! (yoga...ah)

I'm actually putting myself through a fairly vigorous training program. 2 mile jog in the morning (thats all I have time for,) 2 mile walk in the afternoon, push-ups, sit-ups, squatt thrusts. I figure I'll be in shape just in time for sweatshirt weather.
Ever since I moved out to California I've been on a downward trend weightwise, I figure its because of a few factors. 1)I've been working at my job like a madman. 2) mom's homecooked meals don't ship well in the mail. And 3) I truly think living in AZ was completely stressing me out, I feel much more relaxed now living on my own.

I really don't care what statistics show on the topic of sex as exercise ... it's exercise.
I fucked for 2 hours and 10 minutes last night.

Fucking drink beer and party on the beach. w/o someone up your corn? Freedom!! You can walk out and smell the beach w/o a prob. Drink beer while riding your bike and "nobody cares". Awesome! I'd love to go back to San Diego not Yuma but I'm stuck here cause I have my family. my friends. and I think I'm shacking in Grandpa's barn! (I'm growing tomatoes. wow)
Got a gym at home. and old habits die hard. or so they say.

I excercise as much as I possibly can. Which isn't much anymore...I used to do ballet/swimming/horsebackriding/skiing/volleyball/tennis as often as I could. Nowadays I'm lucky to make it to the gym three times a week.
I exercise often, daily. I try to run, lift weights and do calisthenics as much as possible. I try to run every day, in case of bad weather there's a treadmill sitting in my hallway which goes for just that. I was a fat kid once, and I'm trying to stay away from that area. Besides, in a day and age where people gobble down fast food and sit on their asses watching other people live their lives on TV, you've got to have some other kind of diversion.
HEy Diva......... does your stationary bike work well? my dad is giving me one and I always think those things are not gonna cut it..... no what i mean? :p
I really like mine. I can watch videos or talk with my IM and the time passes by in a flash.

I exercise most days. I go to the gym once or twice a week and I train at Aikido and Judo. I also do basic exercises before I go to bed. The month or so before I came to Uni I was a complete slob and it's been hard getting back to where I was. Lesson learned? Keep it up? Or keep it down?
Sometimes I wonder why I torture myself and avoid delicious foods in excess jsut so I stay 'in shape'.
Oh yeah. I'm vain!
nooooooo really? since when? :p

Now see, that's why you shouldn't have long hair. Mine's dry before my feet leave the pool.
Mine takes ALL day to dry.

Hey, we're ALL familiar with shrinkage. Come on...who didn't see that Seinfeld. Ah, the joys of being raised by a television.
