So. Diva's sick, and I'm working on it. Why, do you ask?

Because people have to be martyrs and come in to work while they're not well just to prove that they're not BSing. Or maybe they needed the money. Either way, they sat in an enclosed office with various illnesses, hacking and coughing and whatevering until the crap made its rounds and finally hit she and I. The hilarious part is, her job (as most medical-related workplaces do) encourages people NOT to come in if they're sick, and they do it anyways. And it sucks...we both realized how much we loathe being sick. I did my damnedest to keep from getting it, sucking down vitamins, orange juice, and distancing myself from sick people as much as possible, but then I realize just how impossible it is NOT to get sick in the city. Erins work is no better. So far I have received 2 colds from her this season. Last winter she gave me 4 of em. I don't understand why people goto work sick.

Last week her boss (who she shares an office with) went to work 3 days straight with the flu. So of course, she cought it. Let me tell you, it was hell, I am still surprised she survived.

So in short, if your sick DONT FUCKING GOTO WORK. I work hard, like others NOT to get sick.
