Yeah, I saw that and naturally assumed it was going to be a resignation speech.

I nearly fell asleep watching the footage, which is odd: normally Bush is pretty whiny, but more or less watchable - this time I was expecting him to gloat and strut a bit like the Boy Prince he is, but he was just dull. Maybe he's dying.
