View Full Version : 30 percent increase in federal aid to black institutions
Bush to increase funding to discriminitory Colleges that only admit students of one race. Obviously fails to see double-standards (http://www.nando.com/nation/story/246006p-2329369c.html).
Why put funding into one race colleges? Why not support colleges that actively accept different races, and still adhere to higher standards? If he's going to choose 'one race' schools, then why just pay black institutions? Why not all asian... or all indian? Why not just admit he's a good ole boy who doesn't give a rats' ass about education or non whites and be done with it. At least he'd be honest.
Why the hell should a school be penalized for not being exclusive. I thought we as a nation were trying to stamp out racism, not federally fund it?!
In the Police force, they have to hire with a quota of different races. One guy was tugned down the position, changed his name to Gonzalez, and then was hired!
They say it's better for blacks to be in an environment with other blacks. Culture, don't you know. What about becoming a part of the United States of America?
President Bush isn't a racist, some of his best friends are black?
I agree with the same race thing though. Human nature to want to be with your own kind. Take me for example ... I like to hang out with ... aw nevermind.

I am afraid your are right jake. I am never one to turn down a "good thing" but, I have been abroad and most people over there don't seem to have the "hygiene" thing down yet.

Beaurocrats justifying thier existence? I too have a problem with most of this but, at the end of the day I realize it's just samantics.
