You ever notice how bad news for one can be good news for another? When they announced that Scott Peterson was guilty of first degree murder (possible death sentence or life without parole) for the murder of his wife Laci and second-degree murder (possible 15 years to life) for the murder of their unborn child I was elated. Scott Peterson they announce... no so much. Then I started thinking of many other instances of 'good for one, bad for the other'.
What are some instances where it was good news for you and bad news for someone else? What about the opposite?
