View Full Version : Board Upgraded to 3.0.3 (post bugs here)

Okay, so I upgraded the board to the newest version. And of course not everything's working *fusses* If you come across something that doesnt work please post it here. I'll start off with the most obvious:

Shoutbox missing on forum home. You can still see it on the front page
I'll add anything posted here into the first post so we dont duplicate.

Sorry gang. It just doesnt seem to work smoothly for me. Any help in testing things out will be greatly appreciated.

Update:

So now the forum us up, but I still need to work on the design. So far here are the bugs with the shoudbox:


Too long on forum index
Need to fix the link so the whole box isnt a link
the shoutbox.php is breaking the design


Please post here (instead of the shoutbox) if you find any other bugs. Thanks gang.

Okay, I found it.

Now the right of the screen when shouting has no border. Sometimes it's there and sometimes, it's not. This is the screen that pops up when you click on "Shout Box"

Sorry for the shoutbax spamming, but it's kinda busted. When you put in your message and click "shout" all you get is a blank screen....like no NCT, nothing but whiteness...DIVA?

CAP 1:
Go into the shoutbox, type crap in there and click shout!

CAP 2:
This is what I get.

CAP 3:
If I highlight the address bar and hit enter - voila! back to stage 1

Could you clear your cache and cookies, close browser and then open another one up and see if that's the problem?

I'd post that the smilies don't seem to be working for me, but think I'm invisable today, so noone would see it anyway.

I guess that way noone will notice that I'm gone all next week.

Upg'd browser to 0.9.3.

Cleared EVERY mofo'ing thing.

Problem still exists. Sorry.

But now the SHOUTBOX! looks diffierent. It has all these inactive buttons. It looks like the normal "advanced" reply box, but if you click on any of the icons, you get "redirected" to the top of the shout page.

Dunno wtf is happening.

Sorry. Still bugged. :(

It sounds like you have a javascript issue. Do you allow javascript to run with the browser?

The text below the shoutbox is there to show you what is available and the codes to use them... It is NOT clickable.

Mel: Do you see the smilie face on the upper part of the text file?

Never, EVER EVER again will I use IE unless I have THREE guns to my head. I will live with the mental shoutbox, thankyou muchly.
