New IRC Feature

There's a new feature in IRC. Now when someone posts a new thread, a new journal or gets the high score on a game there is a bot which announces it in the channel. That way we can chat and not miss out on what's happening on the board.

For those of you who do not have an IRC program there is an applet (http://www.nochicktrix.com/forum/vbchat.php?). Otherwise check out this thread (http://www.nochicktrix.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4922) on how to set up your IRC program to join in on the fun!
