I guess most of you probably have heard about the raid done by the FBI & Albany, NY police on a mosque in downtown Albany. http://www.newsday.com/news/nationworld/nation/ny-stmosque0805,0,3909537.story?coll=ny-homepage-big-pix
What do you all think? While the argument for entrapment has been repeatedly presented, if these men did what they are accused of, they clearly intended to go through with it. I don't know about anyone else, but if someone got me into the position that they offered me illegal arms- ESPECIALLY one like that- I would tell them that I needed to think about it & go nest door & call the authorities ASAP. These men did not.

I think people need to make sure their conscience is clear before being spiritual leaders to others. Dealing with illegal arms, WMD even, is a pretty bad thing to do. I think they got what they deserved.

I think either the Mosque was a front for them & their REAL intentions, or they got carried away with their hate. I think the first one is more true, because even fanatics should have a moment of sanity to say "I can't do this" somewhere within that year's time, shouldn't they? Or I guess that's what makes them fanatics. Fanatics of ANY belief are DANGEROUS! If the reports are true, at least one of them is a member of a group that has al Queda ties.

Sad world we live in.

Boozer- if I were you, I'd call up the local papers & TV stations & ask them what the HELL is wrong with them- this is a MAJOR world wide event that is right at your back door. Or are they too busy reporting lies & gossip to report REAL news? (I told you- I can be one SARCASTIC BITCH!)

They might have reported on it, I just don't watch the news or read the paper, other than the sports and comics.
