Problem with POLL threads

Diva - I've noticed while browsing today that when I go into any thread with a POLL on it and read the stuff, after I exit, it doesn't mark the thread as 'read' automatically like it used to.

Didn't know if this was something you were working on or a new bug or just me or what. It doesn't do it on any other thread, though. They all work like they were.

Just thought I'd ask!

That is a common problem with vBulletin itself. It does not have the constant mark read in it.

In my time workign with vBulletin, I've seen and heard alot of complains about it not marking the threads read after you read it. But if it's happening on just the POLLS, that could possibly be a different thing. But I am not highly sure.

I think you can avoid this behaviour by making sure the option 'marking threads as new when voting' is off. Never saw the point of bumping a thread when a new vote comes in anyway.

It's called 'Update Thread Last Post on Poll Vote'. You can find it in your AdminCP > Vbulletin Options > Poll and Thread Rating Options.
