View Full Version : Stage Fright
I'm sure almost everyone has heard the term '15 minutes of fame'. Imagine being forced into doing yours. Suddenly you are up on a stage and have 15 minutes to do something. The time starts ONLY when you choose. Which one would you choose to do?

I have ALWAYS wanted to be a singer or actress- and I have been told that I Do have the talent, but never had the nerve. The only thing htat kept me from it when I had the chance was insecurity & fear. Now I don't have the opportunity, so am SOL. Oh, well.:(
* Boozer puts on top hat and tails and sings, "Hello my baby, hello my darling, hello my rag-time gal, send me a kiss by wire, baby my heart's on fire........"
I all ready sign karaoke, so singing wouldn't be that big a deal for me. Besides, as long as I don't have to give a speach or presentation, I like being in front of a crowd.
Play the drums, man! I can even make drum sounds just using my hands on my body.

I'd tell jokes. But the me way would include singing and dancing and flailing. That's how I do jokes.

I'd read poetry. Hell if anyone else has heard Ginsberg reading Howl, then ANYone could do better.

You wouldn't have to force me to get on stage...to sing. Anything else, you can bet your ass I ain't gonna do it. But you want me to sing? I'll sing my heart out.
Sing, for sure. I'm used to doing that. :D

You should go--I've been to those and they are good! :D
I am signing up for "Fear Factor" today. My close friends say that I would do well on there. I am not afraid of anything as they think. I just overcome my fears as needed.
