What do you think? She publically displays her breats for beads. Cameras are flashing, movie cameras are rolling. Does she have a leg to stand on, so to speak?

i think she's right.

just because she flashed the tits doesnt mean someone should be allowed to put them in a mass produced video tape without her permission UNLESS there was a very specific area and the media company had signs up they were taping-- i'm sure this isnt the case

While I agree they should have asked her permission, the fact that she's doing this in public makes the lawsuit rediculous. She flashed her tits for all to see... with cameras flashing. Now she wants her dignity back? She sold her tits for beads!
