Not too bad - latest toy: a rolodex - enough (enough I say!) of these fancy psion, palmtop things, a rolodex is the technology for organising your life. It requires no batteries, it runs on paper, and detectives have them in films.

Rolodex? You mean for addresses? Oooo! Is it round and you flip through it like the lottery?

Yeah, that's the one. If I still smoked, I could be even more like a detective... Sometimes I miss smoking - there's an excellent fire escape just outside of where I work, that would be great if anyone smoked where I work.

I was sitting my doctor's office and talking to the secretary. She had one of those, also. You just can't help yourself with those, you have to flip it. I did and cards went everywhere! Aparently she kept it at one area and stuck business cards in between the slots. Boy was she pissed.

I think there should be a law against buying one of those and not using it properly.

Pfeh - misuse of perfectly good technology. Probably complains about her computer crashing all the time (http://www.theonion.com/onion3636/counterpoint_technology.html) too.

Hahahahaha!

Did you go to school to develope your skills at design/photography? Or were these self taught talents that you already had?

I mostly make it up as I go along, though I spent two years doing a GCSE in art while at the same time failing A levels in English, Physics and Maths, after that, the only place to go is art college.

What type of art do you prefer? Photography, painting, design?

I'm more comfortable with photography, having studied it for several years, so think of myself as a photographer. I'm not keen on design, but am trying to learn to be comfortable with writing and painting.

It certainly shows on your site. You are very talented in creating a mood or atmosphere with your pictures. I feel swept into totally different lands with each picture. Some menacing, others calm. I'm lucky to get it in focus and not cut the heads off myslef. I would love to study photography. I enjoy looking at pictures both of nature and creations such as yours. But mine look like a tourists, for now. So why the multiple cameras?

{by the way, everyone is welcome to join our conversation. Hollowearth's a great guy to talk to.}
