I've learned a valueable lesson today... too many cough drops make your tongue go numb. This wouldn't be so bad... except for the fact that I answer about one hundred calls a day on average. I spent half the day coughing my head off and the other half sounding like an operator for the short bus. I wonder if they'll let me go home if I start licking the windows...
