Halloween, part II

Well all know that this time of the year, there's barely a tree that doesn't have some TP on it by Nov. 1. But here's my question, what's the meanest/funniest trick you've ever pulled on someone for halloween?

I haven't really played Halloween tricks...but for Christmas I ... hee hee...you know those projectors people have that shine "Season's Greetings" and a cheesy picture onto the front of their garages...I've been known to replace the slides in those of friend's homes to something a little more raunchy.
