So, I just went for a run. Now normally I would only run for about 20 mins before collapsing in a heap. Today, however, I rand for 45 mins took a short break and ran for about another 10-15 more. This is totally absurd and shouldn't have happened and I wanted to run more.

So, what crazy things (physically, mentally, etc.)have you done that have shocked and astonished yourself?

Well, on the topic of working out...I just did 200 crunches...I only intended on doing 50 :) I'll feel the burn tomorrow though :) hehe

I once wore out my gym shoes on a stair master. I literally turned the inner part of my shoes into a little pile of dust after staying on the thing for...two hours.

During certain shoots I walk along the lakeside in Geneva several times from one side to the other and I wear out my feet... need to rest the next day... by editing the footage I've taken.

Here's another one for ya and one I am sure I will never be able to reproduce.

At a friends party one night I was feeling no pain and felt like playing darts. After a couple of games I just decided to start shooting at the board. With my buddie watching I called bullseye ans proceeded to sing it into the middle of the board. So one's not bad right? Well I continued to do this until I had got 13 bullseyes in 15 shots and had a streak of 7 in a row in there. I gave myself a pat one the back and went back to getting hammered.

Bravo Assassin. I've gotten 12 bullseyes in about 18 shots, that's my best. I had three rounds in a row with triple bullseye. It was great, because the bar I play darts at, if you get triple bulls, you get a free drink. I love playing darts!!!

I'm not the greatest at darts...in fact...it's probably a good idea to clear the side of the room the dart board is on if I'm playing. Good work Assassin :)

I love playing darts AND pool. I'll take y'all on!!! LOL

I dropped a 175lb pin on my hand at work one night, and had to have an ace bandage wrapped on it for the weekend. After I got back from the hospitol and filled out the paperwork and what not, I went to the bar. Some of the guys came up when work was over, and we played pool. I never lost a game, and had to play basically one handed all night!!!

I get boozer on my team. I used to play weekly out in Ontario with my buddy who was provincial champion. I learned a thing or two so its all good.

unfortunatley he had forgotten it was the green type of pool, not the one filled with water

/me rubs his head in pain and everyone yells at him for the table no longer being straight

/me decides to take a drink of ice tea and joins in the correct version of pool, outperforming everyone else

it's all to do with the bump on my head.

that wasen't too bad with hardly any training

/me takes a while to realise that what he is holding is no longer a pool cue but a pool pole to get all the leaves out.
