Dr Kevorkian has been arrested numerous times for Doctor assisted suicide. The patients who he has helped to kill themselves were terminally ill patients. Do you believe this should be legalized?

Suicide is also against the law. Do you think this is a just law?

This is my life. If I can get "Fuck Off" tattooed on my penis I should be able to kill myself especially if a painful death awaits me in a short, but too long, time. If i'm not capable of ending my own life I should be able to call upon the help of another to do it.

Yes my death may cause emotional grief for some people, at least I hope it will, but if I'm dying anyway surely its better that I do so on my own terms so people can prepare for it not just going in the middle of the night so soem poor soul has to find me lying in bed dead.

It should certainly be legalized. The current modus operandi employed by doctors is entirely disingenuous: patients in coma are still helped to die, but the only legal way of doing this in the prevailing climate is by depriving them of sustenance, i.e. ruthlessly starving them to death.

I entirely understand the fear that a culture of euthanasia might develop, but - in the context I've just described - I see no honest, practical, or moral alternative.

I have yet to find a valid reason as to why they do not legalize it. Anyone?

I'm for it. I don't know why it's not legal...I guess all the religous fanatics are going to keep it illegal because of they're beliefs in hell, and blah, blah, blah.

I feel strongly about this, having seen too many people die slow and painful deaths.

IT IS NOT THE PLACE OF GOVERNMENT TO DENY SUCH A FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHT

Euthanasia is a victimless crime. Bureaucrats and politicians have no right to deny a person who is dying the right to get it over with. The denial of that right is criminal. I've said it elsewhere and I'll say it again: should a situation arise where a loved one of mine was in pain and wanted to die, I would have enough respect and love for them to help them. To hell with the law, and god help anybody who stands in my way.

Well like murder, it's against the law in the UK. And since the Goverments did such a great decision on capital punishment, I must agree with them on this.

The moral is the same. The Lord Giveth and the Lord taketh away.
