Whee! I now officially have a "back up". You know, that person who you agree to hook up with if both of you end up lonely, single, what-have-you at some determinate age in the future? I believe this was the topic of a Friends episode.

Any body else have one of these?

Ian and I struck the deal last night, after I fielded questions by Ian's Mom as to why I wasn't doing the naked olympics with her son. All I could think was "Damn! Rudedawg...he was right! That whole sex thing just creeps right in!"

Not only do I have a 'back up', I'm dating her right now! In just under ten years I should be married, if not before. We did make the pact before we started dating, the dating thing just kinda... happened. Lucky me.

Run with it Lucy and don't even look back. I may have back up (mind you, it took 32 years to get back up), but I have yet to be lucky enough to find someone I wanted to marry. Congrats! =)

i'm down with having a backup, but why have one when you can have several? i'd have 15 or so if i could. one to marry and 14 slaves or so. yeah, sounds good to me.
