You know what I hate about being in a queue? The lousy music they play. Either that or it's self promotions. Then there's the ones that play halfway decent tunes, but cut in every 20 seconds to tell you to please hold... Like you were thinking otherwise at that point. Sometimes I wish they'd just have silence. What about you?

Just beep every 30 seconds to let me know I have not been disconnected -- I always have music playing anyhow -- so the musack that gets played is just distracting.
