Spring Cleaning

Yeah, it's that time of the year. I'm rummaging through crap in my office, cleaning out desk drawers and the like, and it's utterly amazing how much pure fricking junk I've managed to accumulate over the past half a year.
So, in the spirit of the holidays, what projects do you have planned?
Done any of them?
How'd they turn out?

I just got done putting in hardwood treads on the stairs. The vanities in the master would be completeIF ONLY LOWES COULD GET THEIR FREAKIN' ACT TOGETHER!!!
ahem,,,,,excuse me. That project has begun to get me a lil bent. Errrrrrr, what else? Oh!!!! Drink more single malt!:D

You shoulda called me to do those hardwood treads, Bubba...:D I used to subcontract for Lowe's, and they must be one of the shittiest companies in existence. They buy supplies in volume and hire people who have no prior qualifications to the jobs provided. The one that we worked for hired an ex-physical education teacher to be the sales manager. He was a prick and we quit. Haven't been back since.

I cleaned out my room at home, put up some new posters as well, gave some old books to charity. I'm happy with the way it turned out.

Cleaned out my fridge...in terms of what i was consuming. Thus far I'm losing some weight...it's nice.

I have a whole apartment to start doing. :/

I need to get rid of:
Old clothing I'll never wear.

Trinkets and baubles that I don't even like and don't remember who gave them to me.

A 40 gallon fish tank after I rinse out my old salt water tank and transfer my fish into there.

Then I just need to clean the damn place.

Done: None of it. :whome:

I guess an overhaul of the whole freaking house is in order.

My garden has too many weeds.

My clothes in spring boxes needs to be rewashed and hung out to air dry.

My inner soul to be filled with sunshine.

I have been remodeling. I agree with you, its amazing how much junk accumulates. I have took three truck loads of it to the dump over the past couple of months. I guess I am sort of a pack rat. I hate to throw stuff away.

Do we have any pack rats?
