ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (Reuters) - A Florida man was decapitated on Monday by a machete-wielding man during a fight over a woman, St. Petersburg police said.

Police responded to a call at a St. Petersburg house to investigate reports of a fight and found Dennis Roache, 34, putting a man's head on the hood of a car, police spokesman George Kajtsa said.

The victim was identified as Gregory Shannon, 18. Kajtsa said Shannon was the boyfriend of Roache's ex-girlfriend. The woman was not identified because she was a witness.

Roache allegedly broke into the house and cut off Shannon's head with a machete, Kajtsa said.

Roache was arrested and is expected to be charged with murder, Kajtsa said.

This is the sad part of stalkers. You date someone only to find out too late that they're mentally unbalanced. Now you're screwed.

Yesterday a man, suspecting his wife was having an affair, accidentally recorded himself while murdering his wife. On the tape was a womans screams followed by the man yelling, "You are the weakest link, you must leave."

...I wonder if he yelled it in a british accent. Save yourself, don't watch TV, except cartoons.

I wanted to say something about what is wrong with people today... But I realized that these violent psychos in the news lately aren't people... They're monsters. Our parents spend years consoling us, telling us that there are no monsters... but they lied. I understand why they did. How can you sit and tell a child that there are monsters out there. Not under the bed or peering through a crack in closet door... But next door, down the block, sitting next to you in class. They aren't big, green, hairy things... They look like normal people. They're adults and children, male and female. And you'll never know they're monsters until they strike.

Let me just say, "Dad, you lied, and I understand why. I'd never be able to sleep again."

I think that we need to rethink how we deal with these monsters. The laws today don't account for serial rapists and child monsters. Stalkers and pediphiles are given 'treatment' and then unleashed back into the public. Only this time, they are treated as a victim. But these aren't people who were poor and needed money at any cost, these are monsters with warped minds that feed on human innocence. They don't just kill a person's soul, they destroy it. Crush it. Brutalize it.

The laws need to change... but to what? Any ideas? What should the new laws be?

A MOTHER who twice fractured the skull of her newborn baby son a year after injuring her baby daughter has been jailed for five years. The 25-year-old woman was found guilty in the District Court in Brisbane of two counts of causing grievous bodily harm, seven counts of assault occasioning bodily harm and one count of common assault. Crown Prosecutor RON SWANWICK said the assaults occurred in at least four incidents between May and June 2000, when the boy was between two and seven weeks old. His injuries included two skull fractures and broken ribs. The woman was charged with heavily shaking another baby in 1999 but said then it was a life-saving measure to shake life back into the child when it stopped breathing, and she was given one year's probation. Judge IAN WYLIE said today he did not believe the baby-shaking acts were intentional, instead referring to suggestions of the mother suffering a borderline personality disorder. A psychologist's report described the Darling Downs woman, who cannot be identified, as inappropriately jovial during interviewing, showing no remorse and playing down the injuries. Both her children are in foster care.

I think if England could send their prisoners out here we should be able to send these types to America. Let em execute the fuckers. Why should we waste valuable oxygen on them

Alright you... Why is it that you can get on your high horse about capital punishment being barbaric, and then shove your 'dirty laundry' to us to 'do the deed'? You do realize that you are in effect pro capital punishment by condoning the deaths of these indidividuals, even if it's not on your land, don't you?
