It hurts so much.
We both know it,
We both feel the sorrow,
We both feel our hearts
Being ripped apart.

Each day our Love grows stronger.
Each day the hurt gets worse,
Hurting in ways
That were never thought possible
And places
That never felt emotion before.

Love versus desperation.
Two opposite desires.
To escape the torment,
And to find that Love.

Nothing in my life can compare.
Never have things seemed so beyond my control.
I’ve never been so happy as when I think of you,
Yet the sadness is soul destroying.
I don’t know if I can take it.

I can’t bare to think of a world without you,
Yet to think of us together,
Makes this heart of mine
Cry with a longing to belong,
To you.

You’ve opened my heart to your Love,
I don’t know whether to
Love you for it,
Or curse the world that keeps us apart.

A world of lies,
A world of broken promises.
You and me.
Can Love between two people
Change the world?

I just don’t know.

But yours has transformed mine.

Vill, you know how much I love reading your thoughts. I also know how hard it is for you these days. I don't think I'd last a day without my connection to the net. The people who are closest to me are here. My new friends as well are here. And a day without Amuarote would be a day without the sun [and somebody telling me its density and what it consists of].

Villager, although I don't know you personally, or what your current situation is, I can say that you are a man of great depths. These poems are fantastic. Even if I don't comment on all of them, I enjoy them all. You have so much talent, I'm just grateful that you are sharing it with us. Hopefully you'll stop by and hit the boards too.
