Taking away the companionship, sex, and security of a long term relationship/marriage, and focussing purely on love.

Is it necessary to have love in your life? Do you think you, personally, could die happy having never been in love?

Isn't love made up of many different emotions, feelings and connections with a certain someone? I mean to love someone is to trust them. To trust someone is to know them, to know them is to be there friend. Can you really have love without all the basic fundamentals of a relationship?

I also think everyone should experience love at one point in there lives and in one form or another.

I would shrivel up and die if I didn't believe in some form of love.

I like having someone to care about, and someone who cares about me. Love, to me, is important. I've forsaken it before by being stupid, and looking back at a few instances, I honestly regret it. But you can't cross a bridge once it's been burned. I don't think that it's possible to die happy without love, unless you take extreme pleasure in the lives of others(which is a waste of time).

I just think if you don't love yourself, you can't love anyone else. Sorry, but I read "Women who love too much" a long time ago and I think "like" lasts forever. Love equals hate and so I have one X who I do "hate" for abusive problems, but the rest, I can like from long distance and no hard feelings. Love, I had it once and it made me sick, and so I try to stay friends. I love my aliens, but they bug me. This is confusing, anyway, I like people and that's how I cope. Love is too scary. (besides family and friends)
