I can't even imagine being out there. Some Swedish ice skaters were caught when the ice they were skating on broke up and started floating out into the Baltic Sea. They had to be rescued by helicopter; this shot is from the rescuers, who were filming it. All 50 skaters were rescued.

Imagine being the 50th person....

Well...the helicopters would still be able to rescue you decently far out I'd imagine.

I remember this old cartoon from around Christmas time my dad would always play. These two people fall in love and start skating on the ice with all these animals...then the ice breaks apart and the girl gets rescued by the guy and the animals...it's cute. Anyone else know what I'm talking about?

I just think of the ice melting as they're picking up the people. I'd sure as hell panick. :eek:
