Mr Aspinall was arrested in 1998 after a police investigation into the Wonderland Club. He was accused of having more than 7,500 pornographic pictures of children on a computer and disks. However, Sheriff Gillam today ruled the search of his then home in West Lothian was illegal because a civilian worker who was present had not been named on the search warrant.

As per my answer to you question about pedophile punishment, this fellow should be.........x@//XX%%@x####!!! .I can't verbalise my deep seated hatred of these people. Warrants should be issued to the "civilian employee's" home to see if he is as sexually perverted as his boss. ( no doubt ) As far as the slug that evaded the law on a technicality, his neighbourhood and for that matter,, country! should disclaim him!

Now, now usantics... It wasn't the civilian worker's fault. It was a dumb clerical error. That's all. How about strapping the judge to a chair and forcing him to look at every sick picture. All the children raped and exloited...

I wonder what he'd do then?
