A study came out about whether people would choose a better body or more intelligace. Which would you rather have?

I'd like to be smarter, I'm always trying to improve my mind.

I voted intelligence too. Even though the culture we live in force feeds us beauty and perfection, I'd rather have a strong mind than a buff body. A pretty face and nice curves can take you but so far in life...ultimately you're gonna have to talk to someone...and when I open my mouth I want more than gibberish to come out of it.

I agree, Banger. There's nothing worse than opening your mouth and sounding like a hick.

I voted mind too, its not quite advanced as I would like it to be, I personally wouldn't mind a better body also tho, but looks aren't going to last 5 minutes, and a better mind is going to serve us much longer, we have a bupa advert over here in the uk (bupa is a private hospital, p.s. sorry if you have that in the us too) and it states that most people of age 95 have over 90% of there brain capacity as they did when they was young.

I'm satisfied.

I Voted Body. A lot of thought lately has brought me to the realization that while I'm happy with the way my life has turned out up to now (for the most part), I could still stand to lose a couple pounds (ok, a couple dozen pounds). Not only for my health, but for my personal image.

actually yeah, you both have a point we are all learning everyday and so in theory our minds are getting better, and if we did need to improve our body then our minds should be strong enough to do so :)

I chose body. I think I'm pretty smart already, and while I could certainly be smarter (I know plenty of people smarter than me), I don't actually see a great deal of evidence that it would really help me. Whereas, I'd certainly feel a helluva lot better if I was in better shape, and society being what it is, it would probably help me more too.
