well since the question was what do i like to do....and not what am i forced to do..;)..i guess the answer would be that i visit my mothers house every year..do the thanksgiving thing and when christmas rolls around my time gets split up between my moms and my grandparents house....

its always the same though...theres always some kinda of family trouble though...on person never gets along with someone else

When I did see my family on the holidays it was always someone not talking to someone. Everyone gossiping about this one and that one.

Last year my sister wouldn't talk to me for almost the whole time. When Nana finally got her to blurt out what she was so damn pissy about, it was because I had broken up with my last girlfriend. Why these revelations have to happen at the table is beyond me. I'd much prefer people going off into a corner. So I reminded her that she never even liked my ex. You know what her response was? "Yeah, but she was growing on me." That's female for "Now I had something to drive you nuts about".
