11:56 a.m. EST November 20, 2002 - In one of the weirdest televised moments of his often-strange public life, self-proclaimed King of Pop Michael Jackson shocked fans in Berlin when he apparently dangled a baby over a balcony railing.

He's a jerk!!!

If it were anyone else..the baby would have been taken away.
I consider that abuse.

I'm with you PB. That was definately child endangerment. Where's
Jake??? He may know how Jackson could be punished for this.

Let's hang him out the window by his arms.

Seeing how he looks i think his arms would come loose and he would fall, leaving Blue holding his hands..

I wouldnt mind seeing the rest of that story and how it could possibly be a "mistake"

Here's a link to a set of pictures (http://www.news4jax.com/sh/entertainment/stories/entertainment-179512020021119-151122.html) of it.

Jackson then returned to his room. When he emerged back onto the balcony, he was holding a young baby in his right arm with a towel over the baby's head.

The cheers soon turned to gasps as the crowd watched Jackson briefly extend the baby over the railing.

Jackson briefly held the baby with just one arm as it dangled near the balcony's edge.

I cant not believe that...... I am really interested in what he has to say... what his excuse is for that .... I really dont think there could be any... and why isnt he in jail? I mean if anyone of us did something like that wouldnt we go to jail for child endangerment?

As much as I hate to say this, he really did nothing legally wrong. Short of someone pushing him from behind, his arm was completely around the baby and pressed against his body. Stupid yes. Legal offense, no. I do still think that a social services representative should go there... but that's because he is so warped in general.

I swear, the plastic surgeons who did that to him should be shot. The man is obviously metnally unsound and they took his money and destroyed his face. Too many people trust doctors without question.

I don't think he'd be able to understand that, Banger. I think he sees nothing wrong with it. Kinda feel sorry for the guy, myself. He has become our Elephant man.
