I just hadda pang for a meal I enjoyed a while back and I thought this may produce some great (no pun intended) feedback. Where did you enjoy an awesome dinner experience or night on the town. One of my favourite places to go is Ozzie in Siesta Key, Fl. The food there will make your tongue slap your brains out!!!
My fav dive would prolly be The Bulldog, Amsterdam. If you can locate your brain after leaving there.....consider yourself a hardcore partier!!! My friends and I had at least a dozen Grolsch
pop tops each and my Dutch buddy couldn't believe that I would order herb without rolling in some tobacco:shutup: :p Thats the same night we skied behind the cars.

you know...in the city full of everything there really isnt a place i'd say i love to eat...i mean planet hollywood, all star cafe, mars 2012 (or something like that) ugh..nice atmosphere but the food leaves something to be desired (and its waayy too expensive). i guess wendys has the best food for the buck...and my favorite dive in the big city is blarney stone....if you ever been to one then you know what i mean...

You guys are kidding, right? Okay, my favorite places in San Fran included a little Vietnamese place of California and...um...some where around Polk Street...the Han's Hibachi actually on Polk Street, close to the "big apple" supermarket and the Buffalo Exchange, then down on Van Ness closer to the Opera House is a great Tai Barbeque...and in Marin there was this place called Pier Six that served Manchurian Beef--Mmmm!...then there's chowder down at Pier 39...there are tons more, I'm sure...I just never got to explore much on my own while I was living there. Oh, in the Haight/Ashbury district there are some great burrito places.

In Boozeman we've got a great little Korean place called I-ho's, a killer coffee shop called the Leaf and Bean and a awesome Burger Place called Burger Bob's. Most recently I discovered a 24-hour cafe, the Sunrise Cafe....wunderbar!

Anyway, if worst comes to worst and nothing else in a town looks good I just order a pineapple pizza from Papa John's and let it sit in the fridge for an hour or so. I's loves mah cold pineapple pizza!

My favorite place was this restaurant in Dallas called Scallini's. The best fettuccine Alfredo I've ever had in my life. They also had the yummiest dinner salad! I need to get back to Texas!! My tummy's growlin'!

Some of the best places to get great Mexican food are little mom and pop dives. When I lived in Texas, my friend would find these little places and we would get a ton of food for little money. mmmmmmmmm

Another place I had a great dinner was in southern N.M La Posta in Las Cruces had delicious Tex-Mex in an old Pony Express station. Terrific atmosphere that I unfortunately had to enjoy alone on that trip.:(

Somehow food isn't as good when you're not sharing the atmosphere with someone.

You know, I don't know if Scallini's is still around or not. Do you remember where it was?

The mom and pop dives (mainly taquerias) are GREAT places to get excellent and cheap food. The atmosphere's decent, and if you know them well enough they'll give you a pitcher without carding you *blush*.

There's millions of great places around here. As far as taking a date somewhere, I'd choose either Napoli's or even Mercado Mexico...pricey, but good food. As for steak joints, there's not much other than the occasional Texas Roadhouse, unless you travel to Dallas, where the Big Buck Brewery and Steakhouse resides..*drool*.

Conveniently enough, it's right next to Bass Pro Shop.

There's better steak joints in Dallas, but Big Buck is fucking mint as far as menu diversity, food quality, and atmosphere goes.

I love to go to the Cheesecake Factory with friends. They've got a great menu [I love the avocado egg rolls] and the servings are huge. I always end up with food for the next day. Oh yeah, and the cheesecake is divine. Mmmmmm fresh whipped cream. *drool*

Hey Diva? Have you ever been to a place called Killer Shrimp near Venice??? For that matter, I was out bar hopping in that area and checking out the cool dives and there was like a big puppet dude
in front of one, but the coolest place had a huge Octopus mounted on the ceiling. It was kinda like a light fixture, all bejewelled and lit from within. OOOOOO and the bar was backlit onyx!!!!

Venice is cool, if you can wait around long enough.
Eating Cheerios out of butt-cracks is better. Doesn't matter who or where, just try it?
