View Full Version : You Be The Judge Part I
Self-made billionaire Kirk Kerkorian already pays $50,000 a month in child support, but his ex-wife Lisa wants more, much more - nearly $320,000 a month. Nobody else has ever been ordered to pay that much. Should Kerkorian's ex-wife receive the nearly $500,000 a month in child support that she is asking for?
Background:
Kerkorian, whose total worth is valued at $6.5 billion
his former wife, whose worth is about $12 million.
Lisa Kerkorian is seeking $320,000 per month in support payments for her 4-year-old daughter, Kira. Kerkorian wants the judge to set the figure at no higher than the $50,000 a month he is paying now.
The 84-year-old mogul was married to the 37-year-old former tennis pro for a month in 1999. However, they had a 10-year romantic relationship that ended in August 2000.
Although Lisa Kerkorian's attorneys originally claimed that Kerkorian was Kira's natural father, the billionaire's lawyers said in court Thursday that he is sterile.
Lisa Kerkorian recently admitted that she faked the DNA paternity test by using saliva from Kerkorian's adult daughter. But she said in a court deposition that Kerkorian urged her to pretend he was Kira's father in order for him to project a virile image.

This stuff is too unreal to even comment on. Give some of this brats' money to kids that really need it, and can use it, for dumb stuff like food and clothes.
Fuck Kerkorian and their ilk.
Not much burns me, but 'virile' image. Spare me, feed someone, ass hole. Sorry. A sore subject.
But it is real, man. I don't hold the fact that he has more money than I do [Or ever will] against him. He doesn't owe anyone more just because his bank account is bigger. If I got money tomorrow, I sure as hell wouldn't want people telling me that I now "owe" them something. Charity is just that.
Since the child is not his, I see no reason for him to pay more. She makes her own money, so they are not starving. Let her sue the real dad for the rest.

Jake .... is there something you're not telling us? Is this kid yours? Sperm donor? Spit donor?
Feed someone.
Why do you think he 'owes' anyone his money? Taxes, yes. But above that, why does he owe his money to people? You give what you want, not what other people tell you to. What a country this would be if you weren't allowed to succeed. You don't know what he gives to charity. You assume he doesn't do anything. All I'm saying is that morally and legally are two different things.

Why in the name of fucking hell should he be responsible for other peoples kids?
Did he make them? NO
Do you earn a living just to pay other peoples bills? again NO
How many of other peoples kids do you support?
Just because this guy has made money dosnt make him responsible for the woes of the world he made his money for his family and his heirs. Not some one elses kids. Governments are responsible for welfare not private citizens.

Wow, temper , temper........Right back at ya' auss. I'm not suggesting he (Kirk) needs to feed anyone, other that his own piehole/family pie.
Does the word rhetorical mean anything to you?? I said 'feed someone', to no-one in particular.
Just as a 'what can I do today' sort of suggestion.
I could make another suggestion, but I'm too polite, and not from Australia. Bite me. Take a blood pressure pill.
Mmm let me guess: this Lisa character needs a boob and plastic face job?

Ok then rhetorically feed WHO? You were sugesting in your post that just because the man has money he should br responsible for feeding others did you not? As for his ex how do you know what her monthly expenses are? Are you her accountant? I think in most civilised countries child support is based on the other partners income and ability to pay. A set % of his income may well be $350,000 a month so why do you think the kid deserves a lifestyle that is something less than his?
As for your attempt to make this personal you fucking well bite this. If you want to debate something with me then thats fine we can do that if you want to argue on a personal level then Im more than capable on that level as well the choice is yours. So take your blood pressure pill and shove it right up your arse mate.

I think the child support is crazy when it's like that. Don't get me wrong, I agree with the guy having to pay something for help, but damn. I mean come on.....She's got to be just insane and greedy and fuck her. I manage to live on nothing! People just don't appreciate the value of a buck when they're that rich and greedy. Lucky they've never had to.....It's not fun saving pennies!!! But, I still have good will...If I had that much money I'd still shop there!

Aussie.....because $$ isn't everything to life!? I understand the health care part and toys, but when it comes down to it....You can't buy a person or a kid or anyone? But, I'm not getting into this...I don't spawn, so I don't know or care? I can barely take care of me....obviously! So, on w/the fighting.....
