My Shark!

Yes, I caught a hammerhead and it's my biggest fish so I'm proud. I didn't get him on the dock, but I did catch him for a good fight....Does that count? (sorry the pic is huge...I'm still figuring out my photoshop?)

Well, I'm used to one pounders or maybe two so my line wasn't set up for that scary dude! lol. I wish it was.....I ran to bum a net and gave it to my man, and he lost it! Wah!!!!! I still blame him, but it was my line that was too weak....I kept trying for him for about 3 hrs, but no luck. The guy who grabbed the net for me caught one of the babies or something. The guy next to me said he had him once or twice, but doesn't like shark. He was catching all kinds of whiting and seacat. I forget the name....I love ocean fishing. Last year we didn't even get bites....This year I got to clean a few whiting we caught, but I ended up screwing up cooking them. My oil burnt and anyway......We had fun. ;-) I wish I had my computer w/me and the pics would be easier to deal with. Lord! (ramble, ramble) lol.

Thanx! I still want to catch a Tuna though....I'd shit a brick!? lol. I think you have to go out farther on a boat for those, so the dock is fun and no seasickness. Never been but heard. That would be scary too.....Yikes!!!! I'd want scuba gear just in case. ?
