There's a fancy dress ball held in the town hall, all the cities finest have been invited.
The first guest arrives and say's to the compere, I'm Susan and I'm here as Elizabeth the 1st. The compere gets up on stage and announce's it to the cities finest.
Another guest arrives and states he's George dressed as Henry the Eighth. this too is announced.
As the evening gets into full swing with many famous people of history arriving, a guy turns up in a pair of stained Y Fronts!
He say's to the compere "I'm Scranton and I'm here as premature ejaculation".
The compere says "I can't get up on the stage and say that".
So Scranton says "So tell them I've just come in my underpants"
