<H3>Let The Countdown Begin</H3>
I am officially counting down until my new design is here. Not that I'm putting pressure on Bane or anything. A whole new look for NCT. Another little something is also in the works. I can't quite let the cat out of the bag, so to speak. But, I'll let you guys and gals know soon. It's been a bitch of a weekend for me. I had my heart set on a particular item and it's on back order for at least a week! I've been surfing the net trying to find it sooner and it just ain't gonna happen. Meanwhile I have to make sure I'm not billed by these companies I said no to. I ordered from one company and they said "Thank you for choosing XXXXX.COM. We have successfully received your order and charged your credit card for $xxx.xx. However, we have stopped processing your order due to: Your credit card address cannot be verified." Ain't that a kick in the pants? Their system is down and so they charge me... but won't send the items until they fix their damn system! This is just one of the problems with online shopping. I had to send an email to verify that an order had been placed before they would check to see why it hadn't arrived yet. Once I sent the email, the woman clicks two buttons and says, "Oh! I see it right here. You are right, it was never sent. I'll process it again right away." I asked her to send me an email stating that this transpired. She got all uppity and said that that wasn't normal procedure. I said, "Look. You want me to prove that I paid, I want you to prove that you correctly sent the item I paid for so I don't get charged twice. Capiche?" Guess what email I woke up to? Yep, they tried to bill me twice, and held on the shipping until I could verify that this took place. Ahh, the joy of cussing
