Have you ever wanted a hero to show you the way? Someone to take your hand and lead you away from the pain into the sunset. What if you never found that hero? Even worse, what if you found someone, but were afraid to see them as your hero? Sometimes it's easier to run like hell and hide than to face your fears. Or set up land mines and watch them self destruct, ultimately ending up in your face. I run like the wind when things get too hot to handle. It's my fatale flaw. Kept me from a world of hurt though, so it's not all bad. Sometimes I surprise myself. I keep thinking that I should have been halfway round the world by now, and yet I'm standing ground. If anyone makes a crack about age I'll pop em one. Has any of you ever surprised yourself by going against what comes natural? Now if I could only slam my bitch of a boss. That would be sweet.
How was your Hallmark... er Valentines' Day? Mine was all right. Thanks for the cards. Ummmm... Oh yeah, whoever sent me that Secret Kiss one, ain't gonna happen. Talk about spamming! In order to figure out who sent you the 'kiss', you have to send emails to everyone you think would have sent it. Then, if you sent one to the person in question, you get to find out who sent you the original kiss. So if you want to tell me, cool. But thanks for the gesture. I appreciate it just the same.
