After having some issues which I'm not going to get into... I have updated the Registration rules. While all NEW members will *hopefully* read this, these rules are also for current members. *grumbles* Please read this.

Forum Rules
Welcome to the No Chick Trix Forums or NCT as the crew likes to say. We’re a fun bunch here and have a great time together. As I’m sure you’ve seen, there’s always something for everyone. In order to ensure that your stay at NCT is as enjoyable as possible please read through the forum rules. We don’t have many rules, but the ones that we do have I am very serious about following. These rules are for both the forum AND the IRC channel. If you agree to the terms, please press the 'I agree' checkbox and press the 'Register' button below. If you would like to cancel the registration, click here (http://www.nochicktrix.com/forum/index.php) to return to the forums index.

º No illegal information. I don’t want to see links to illegal sites or child porn. While people do drugs, I do not. The discussion is open for its causes and effects, and legality issues. I do not want any helpful hints or tips on using or making drugs.

º No flaming. Flaming is when you personally attack someone, make personal insults, or just be an asshole to people. We’re all civilized adults here and while the debates can get hot, no one resorts to insults. That’s a sure sign of a loser.

º No spamming for post count. Post count spamming is when you ‘post whore’ for points and not for conversation. While I encourage people to get involved in the different threads, I don’t want people to post for the sake of getting their name listed. Spam posts WILL be deleted.

º No spamming websites. Website spamming is when you link your site for traffic. While I understand how hard it is to start a website, NCT was created as a place for people to kick back and enjoy each other's company without spam or an antagonistic atmosphere. You have a section in your profile for websites. That is the only place it should be. It also means no links in signatures. You may link personal blogs there, as long as it's not for pay (cluttered with click through ads). Those will be removed. Lastly, no links to your site ‘because you think it’s the greatest’ in the link section. As silly as that may seem, I’ve had a few people try that.

º I have a section for pictures that everyone enjoys. Me especially. The only rules on that one are no fetish pictures (scat, etc…), no gore, and no porn. If you think you have an “R” rated picture that might not be acceptable, you can always ask me. Usually it’s no problem.

º Listen to the Administrators/Moderators. They are here to insure everyone has an enjoyable experience at NCT. If they PM you or mention something in a thread, it is not a personal attack. They are making sure the rules are followed. If you have a problem with someone PM a moderator and myself. If you have a problem with a moderator then PM me. If you have a problem with me... Good luck at your future forum!

See? Not many at all. A good thing to remember is you are what you post. I hope you enjoy your stay at NCT. See you on the boards!

No, you don't have to reregister. I was at work so I just copied and pasted the whole thing. I just want everyone to see the rules that have already been in place so there's NO misunderstanding. Ya know... crystal clear and all that shit. :p

Yeah, sorry for any misunderstandings on my part if I explained it wrong. :P

Troit is a word that I made up with the help of Bones. See meaning number 1 in this link:

The rules are sound, reasonable and good.

And it's a good idea to repost them so that all members have a chance to review them again. If naught else, it reminds us what to look for. Maybe we see stuff that are against the rules, but we don't think they are, so we won't react.

Stop being a troit, and you can start talking about them. It's a reverse thing compared to racial jokes. Those are supposed to be told by the ones the joke is on.

The good thing with troits is that they are okay to be nasty to.
