It's All in the Tabs, Baby!

I love Firefox tabs. It's one of the selling points for me. Now I can click between my favorite sites easily. While IE jumped on the tab bandwagon it still can be a bit buggy. I've had quite a few times where it went nuts and just opened multiple tabs until I stopped it through the Task Manager.

Anyway... How many tabs do you usually have open? If you don't use tabs then how many windows?

I'd say my average for ALL the time is 3. I lurve tabs so much. :D I've had tons and tons open at once before, but I've yet to find a computer/internet combo which could keep up with how I do things online. LOL.

I have tons open. More when I am at work.... Its just the best way for me to surf.

Varies greatly. Anywhere from one to well over a dozen.

I've never gotten over a dozen I don't think, but I almost always have at least 3 or 4 open - still working to get the man used to doing the tab thing instead of opening a new window since he's not used to firefox yet.

I don't like tabs personally, likely because it makes moving the windows between my monitors more work. Tabs are also a time saver for switching between pages on the same monitor, which I don't require for the most part. As for my vote, I often have two IE screens in use at any time, one on each monitor. I've been up to 50 when vandalizing wikipedia though. (they make me mad sometimes by reverting well sourced edits for no reason ...30 mins to write, 5 seconds to revert... then I have my revenge)
