View Full Version : *Looks Under Couch Cushions*
I hate losing things. HATE it. I'll tear the place apart to find it. Jake will stomp around, pick up a few things and then get angry until I find it. What do you misplace more often?
Bonus question: Have you ever lost something valuable/special to you? Did you find it?
PS: OTHER option shouldn't be used to be sarcastic (IE: Mind, dignity, etc...). It should be an actual object. KAI THX BAI!!11!1
MY VIRGINITY HA HA
My keys. I lose those fucking things more often than the Dodgers lose baseball games.

My frikking remote. It's ALWAYS somewhere nearby, but I constantly lose the damned thing & have to hunt for it. It's either on my computer desk or on/under my chair.

I lose my glasses. Sometimes I fall asleep in my bedroom with them on and they some how end up in the living room or in the closet...
Or disappear under the bed. Jeremy has to find it for me, before I start having a nuclear meltdown and thrash the place apart.
Kind of like "the Beast" from Beauty & the Beast, and him screaming and tearing his room apart because Belle was a violator of boundaries and was in his room.
I am on some strong sudafed... holy cow.
I rarely misplace things, so I didn't vote. However, other people in my house *ahem* misplace some of my things on occasion, and it drives me mad! I like to keep a lighter at each place I smoke, and Bo will make off with them EVERY time. I'm constantly having to hunt a lighter but not because *I* misplace them! LOL
My shoes. I always forget where I took them off. The only reason I'm home right now and not at FIESTA is cause I can't find my shoes. I'm so fucking retarded.

My mind.
Naw, I lose money most...that's the reason why I try not to carry cash.
Look in Bojangles pocket.
It's funny you should say that. He was sitting here when I posted my response, and when I told him what I was posting, he said, "I know exactly where they are -- in my pocket." LOL
I always lose my CDs and DVDs. I used to have them all ripped to my hard drive so I could just mount them and not have to worry about any disks, but then my RAID god corrupted, and I was too lazy to recover them with my other files.

It seemed like the obvious place to look.

i have a routine--get home put keys on key rack-- put shoes on shoe rack-- leave remote on table by couch--
so like Tipy i rarely lose items--it's normally my wife or son taking an item i left in correct spot and moving it
but with a 3 year old you are always looking for something--hahahah
I misplaced my t button and used a d instead :p
If you don't buy that, I was talking about the god of RAID being corrupted and plunging the world into darkness.
I thought about this thread today, so I just had to come in and say something. I actually did fall prey to misplacing an item today. My checkbook! Guess who finally remembered WHERE it was?
Yep
Bo
Ironic, huh?

I never lose anything. I just have trouble remembering where stuff is, sometimes. But I don't actually lose anything.
So there, Enty.
