To be fair, not only did they change game engines, but they even had it finished (basically) but decided it was a crappy game and decided they would rather not release it and ruin the Duke Nukem Franchise.
Actually, you know what? FUCK THEM. Not only have they had enough time to release a decent game, but they've even gone so far as to SHUT DOWN fan games for the HL2 engine so that no one else could continue the story. Fucking Pricks, I hope they all turn into pig-cops and get shotgunned in the guts.
