After a hiatus due to vacation/Thanksgiving, I'm back to drinking tons of water and eating a clean diet. I'm pissing every five minutes, but this baked chicken breast and steamed vegetables tastes like Jesus. I restarted Total Body Training yesterday and Workout 1 kicked my ass - today is HIIT/Cardio and bodyweight stuff. I'm pretty jazzed about it.
