Lol...no this isn't *THAT*...get your minds out of the gutter...

what way is the following image spinning? Clockwise? Counter (anti) clockwise?

Can you get it to switch?

It supposedly is a right/left brain dominance test...

I may be nuts, but it seems like she switches and it's not a me thing. As in, she actually does change direction.

Is this meant to be a trick?

it doesn't switch...haha

if you dont believe me get someone else to watch it with you and both of you tell the other when it switches to you...they wont switch at the same time...

I took still screenshots and counted how many pixels wide the left calf is at its biggest and smallest. They did an AMAZING job with the perspective, i found only 1 pixel difference, and the compression on the picture easily negates that as being conclusive as to which direction the actual model is going in 3d space. The 1 pixel is favouring counter-clockwise for anyone who cares. But depending on whether you interpret the effect at the bottom as her shadow or reflection you will find that if it is her shadow then she is going clockwise, and if a reflection it doesnt conclude either way.
We should all marvel in its majesty.
Except the ones who are dead.

it rotates in a clockwise ( if clock is on floor) motion--it didn't switch for me--but i probally use video and graphix alot more than many on this site as that is my job

I sort of see how they did the illusion, you can see that the right leg gets wider (makes it appear closer) as it gets farther from the center, and gets smaller (appears farther from camera)as it goes towards the center, this happens on both sides. In reality it should get larger on the approacing the camera side, and stay that apparent size until it reaches the other side where it would appear smaller as it moves farther from the camera.

In essence it is impossible to tell which way the model is rotating because it isn't actually a model rotating. It's a trap.

Caufield and I noticed it switching at the same time, as a note.

And believe me, I watched it for a long ass time. Which is more accurate than normal time.

Fuck you all! I don't care- I'm going fishing!

And what males on this site BOTHERED to look at the direction she was turning- I'll bet they were all looking at her nipples, anyway.

Actually if you watch the nipples closely you can tell which way she is actually turning, just stare at them for a long time. That's my excuse and i'm stickin with it.

Counter-clockwise, and I can NOT see it the other way to save my life. SO, what does that mean?

It means you're a terrible human being.

ZING.

Actually I looked up what it means for real, and it turns out it means you're going to die within the next hundred years. :(

Try to concentrate on the outstreched calf to get it to change directions.

supposedly counterclockwise = left brainedness and clockwise = right brainedness
