1. Would you rather serve in heaven or rule in hell?
Rule in hell. (of course)
ADDENDUM - To sort of explain my position:
"They say rock n' roll is the devil's music. Well, let's say that it is; I've got news for you. Let's say that rock n' roll is the devil's music and we know it for a fact to be the absolutely, unequivocally true.
Boy, at least he fucking jams! Ha ha ha ha! Okay? Did you hear that correctly? If it's a choice between eternal hell and good tunes and eternal heaven and New Kids On The fucking Block…I'm gonna be surfing on the lake of fire, rocking out…high five at Satan every time I pass the motherfucking shore." - Bill Hicks
2. If you had evidence that would catch a killer, but also put you in jail, would you use it?
Depends on the jail sentence.
3. If you could work the worst job you have ever had, for three years and then never have to work again, would you or would you rather work the job you always wanted but not be able to retire until well past the age of retirement?
Worst job I've ever had.
4. If you could write four newspaper headlines, which would come true, what would they be?
"Bush Administration Suffers Mass Food Poisoning, Will Have To Give Up All Posts of Political Power", "Genocide In Darfur Ends", "Hooray, We Don't Fucking Need Oil Anymore!", and "Holy Shit, Al Gore And The Libtards Were Right About Global Warming. Let's All Work Together!"

Depends on the definition of extreme. Faces of Death was proven to be more of a hoax than not, there will always be videotape of idiots fighting and hurting themselves, and porn can get pretty gross.
I draw the line at extreme exploitation (snuff, rape, torture), especially when non-consensual. If it's a consensual act between two adults, they can stick needles in their cocks and whatever all they want.

1. Would you rather serve in heaven or rule in hell?
Heaven, I am not much of a leader so my ruling would suck.
2. If you had evidence that would catch a killer, but also put you in jail, would you use it? I am trying to think of scenarios in which this would happen and most of them involve me being an accomplice in some way to the crime...if that were the case then I would be a buddy of the killer and no, I wouldnt turn him in...but if I werent somehow an accomplice I would probably turn him in depending on the sentence.
3. If you could work the worst job you have ever had, for three years and then never have to work again, would you or would you rather work the job you always wanted but not be able to retire until well past the age of retirement? Work the job I always wanted until well past the age of retirement. It would be nice not to work, but I think I would bore quickly and this way I know I am doing something I really actually want to do...
4. If you could write four newspaper headlines, which would come true, what would they be? oh goodness...I dont know...I like Jake's but I would ad something about there being a crazy discovery about some weight loss pill for all the obese childrens that worked in a week or something...

Not limiting the videos, but if the videos have illegal activities on them then the person who filmed could face charges or something....meh..I dunno

1. Would you rather serve in heaven or rule in hell?
rule in hell-- if sinning can't be done in heaven then what would be the good of ruling-
2. If you had evidence that would catch a killer, but also put you in jail, would you use it?--same as jake--depends on the sentence i would recieve--plus if i could get deal with DA to lessen my sentence
3. If you could work the worst job you have ever had, for three years and then never have to work again, would you or would you rather work the job you always wanted but not be able to retire until well past the age of retirement?-depends on what -never work again-- means --if it meant that i wouldn't have to worry about money and could do whatever i wanted -- shit job for 3 years then travel the world and hook up with discovery channel to video my travels--not a job but my our production that i would sell to discovery--heheheheh
4. If you could write four newspaper headlines, which would come true, what would they be?--
kind of like the clancy novel where a bomb hits the white house and congress and pretty much kills every politician--so we get a whole new political system
" accidental bomb destroys white house and congress--all new elections held next week-- bombs accident we arent' at war"
" kid in college discovers way to cure cancer without radiation-- gives cure to the world no cost"
" a giant wall has surrounded the whole middle east- and the only ones able to pass wall are ones with no malice in them"
"man discovers way to make car go on steam--all cars can convert with simple inexpensive process/ gas companies go bust"

i agree with Jake-- that we can't be accountable for stupid shit others do--but shouldn't have to police what gets posted-unfortunatly we do--so i would say that anyone who posts something like that get the punishment, not the fault of the company who owns it..
1. Would you rather serve in heaven or rule in hell?
Rule in Hell. I think I'd make a good ruler. G-d forbid any people who never use their left turn signals end up there.
2. If you had evidence that would catch a killer, but also put you in jail, would you use it?
I would use it with a plea bargain. I agree with Twitch in that the question seems as if I would have to be an accomplish. There's no way I could live knowing something I was a part of ended an innocent person's life.
3. If you could work the worst job you have ever had, for three years and then never have to work again, would you or would you rather work the job you always wanted but not be able to retire until well past the age of retirement?
I think I'd be able to hold out for three years if that meant the rest of my life was taken care of. Hell, I'm going on 20 years at UCLA. Three would be a cakewalk.
4. If you could write four newspaper headlines, which would come true, what would they be?
"Cure for Cancer Found in Average Houseplant"
"Pharmaceutical Companies Slash Prices"
"Dems Win in 2008! Republicans Okay With That"
"RIAA Goes Bankrupt"
"Homosexuals Win Right To Marry in US"
"Supreme Court Upholds Law For Paparazzi Accountability/Bans Stalkerazzi"
I know it's more than four. I couldn't decide...

No, because there are already laws in place. We DO need to update those laws to include online activity, but not to limit it. For instance, MySpace should not be blamed for what another person posted. Personally I think they are helping to bring more people to justice through shear stupidity.
