mayo is egg based--matter of fact you can make mayo with one of those high powered small whippers-- egg and oil and voila --mayo--that's why mayo will go bad--
also depending on which side of of mississippi river you are you probally grew up with "Dukes" in west and "Helmens" but they are the same and now you can find either where ever you are

miracle whip isn't egg based and is so much better
growing up my family was a 2 spread family --mom and one sister liked mayo, but dad ,me and other sister liked miracle whip
