Cranky Old People

I was always taught to respect the elderly. Even when they were cranky and nasty to you. I have to deal with a lot of older people. I have been cussed out, hung up on, called a liar, screamed at, etc... And this is when it's the wrong number.

So I ask you... Do you think the elderly are allowed to act like children? Yes or No and give some reasons, please.

The elderly of every nation are "grumpy moaning old farts" to the younger generations. It used to be hilarious teasing them when I was young. Having them shout "I know who you are sonny, and I'm gonna tell your parents". When in reality they did'nt know who the fuck they were themselves.
But with senile dementia, alzheimers and other soul destroying disease's that we are now aware of, I respect the O.A.P. communities of the world as they have been there, done it and could teach us a shitload about it. They get my respect nowadays: for the simple reason! If they had the kind of "I don't give a fuck attitude" back in 1939 we would all be Nazi's today. They gave us the best future in this world today: Lets give em something back.
